APS Practice Advice Panel

As a service to members, APS has a Panel of Practice Experts who, on request, will offer verbal advice and general guidance to Members on matters in Construction Health and Safety Risk Management.

Enquiries to the Practice Panel are forwarded to Panel Members in rotation subject to availability.

APS will act in good faith at all times to provide Members with the best advice possible, however advices given by the Practice Panel should always be considered along with other advices and the prevailing conditions of the specific contract.

APS will accept no liability for actions taken following advices given by members of the APS Practice Panel.

APS reserve the right to refuse the Practice Panel service to specific members if in the opinion of APS the member is overusing the facility.
